Do you want to park in London or en route to London?
Come off M25 at junction 24, A111 to Cockfosters. Then its London Underground to Holloway Road...about 20-25 mins.
I've answered this in 'Travel':

I'm almost in agreement with Lesblue but it would seem rather pointless to leave the Tube at Holloway Road because it's one stop AFTER Arsenal station, leaving you a 10 minute walk. (Holloway Road is sometimes suggested as an alternative to Arsenal station for travellers coming from central London, as it's usually less congested. But if you're coming from Cockfosters, and want to avoid the crowds, you should alight at Finsbury Park which is one stop BEFORE Arsenal).
