Playing songs from a memory stick on a PS3
4 Answers
OK here goes. I have download 204 albums (2092 songs) from my laptop on to a USB memory stick. I then put the stick into the PS3. What i then want to do is play all of the music on 'Shuffle'.
However, no matter how much I shuffle the music when I Sync it from the Laptop to the memory stick, the memory stick automatically places each song into an individual folder relating to who the album is by. Therefore when I put into the PS3 it will not display every single song on one screen so that I can play them at random.
E.G: click on USB Device (on Playstation), then Music, then it just gives me a list of all the albums. But I want it to display every song on the USB stick.
Please help someone as its driving me bananas.

Thanks Rojash. It's looking good so far (about 50 minutes left). I think maybe what was wrong before is that I was trying to 'sync' to the memory stick in WMP, and as a result it was creating subfolders as each album rather than transferring individual songs. We will see in a while so thanks for your advice........
