Why do the letters sometimes appear seconds after I`ve typed them? I`m not a fast stenographer.

If you were typing on an ordinary typewriter the letters would appear immediately. It is because you are typing on an electronic gadget which makes the letters appear when it feels like it.
I want to know why all PCs mess up what I have typed anyway. What sort of design transposes letters or leaves them out, or adds a few ? Drives me nuts: I wish they'd stop it.
