capital one statement download
3 Answers
I always download my credit card statements from Capital One to print and now they have suddenly stopped downloading. The computer looks as if it's going to download and I get a question asking me where to save them and then the question box disappears - and then nothing. I tried restoring my computer to a point when I know it used to download but to no avail but with no improvement.I did upgrade to IE 10 the other week and wonder if it is this? Firefox won't work either but I've just discovered that Google Chrome does...I'd prefer to use IE for the time being. Can anybody help me please? Thanks.

Sorry ChuckFickens - I did mean IE9...have tried the compatability mode function but still no difference. What I failed to mention was that it wants to download something in .do format - can't open it - and have never had that before, usually the statement just comes straight up on the screen and then I click to print it and then save it to a folder in my documents.
If You're absolutely sure that you are looking at the correct site then try adding capital one to your trusted sites...
