My husband is arthritic. I am thinking of getting an apple laptop but he said he will not be able to use it as he finger will not operate in place of a mouse; can a mouse be attached to laptops?
Or an Apple Magic Mouse, uses bluetooth so no extra dongle and no scroll wheel or ball just stroke your finger in whichever direction you want on the surface of the mouse. Not cheap but I love mine.
yes, easy, my OH uses a codrless one on the laptop, I however find it easier to use the built in controls, and I have arthritis in my fingers/hands, it's trial and error really!.......
btw... if he has proper use of some fingers, the buttons on most mouses (sic) are programmable with the software (CD) that came with it. Some units come with a lot more than the standard 3 buttons
