Can anyone help please?

I turn on my computer and it goes to my home page. I browse several more websites and then try to go back to my home page, but it doesn't! It goes to one of the websites I've been looking at. Not every time but quite often. Does anyone know why?

I've had a computer for a very long time but that answer made no sense to me at all!!

Has your browser got a home icon (or can it be added). It's usually a little house. Anyway click on that and it should take you to your home page.
