Want to watch series online...

I've been wanting to watch Medium Series 7 online and thought that I could probablly do it on Sky, but the only download I found was for the last episode that was on tonight. So I've googled it and come up with an apparently free site (see link) http://www.tvduck.com/Medium.html if I do watch the series on here, am I likely to be either breaking the copyright law, or leaving my computer vulnerable to anything detrimental? thanks for any advice

I watch stuff on this http://www.tv-links.eu/tv-shows/Medium_455/ You get 72 mins free a day or you can pay a small amount for either 24 hours or a month. I have no idea if it is breaking any law but it's there! lol
