Afternoon all,
I'm having a spot of bother.....

I need to allow something to open, and I keep getting the message "Your browser has blocked the pop-up"
I'm using Internet Explorer, and I've been into the "tools" bit, and turned off the pop-up blocker, but it's still not allowing it..... any ideas?....

do you get a thin yellow line at the top of the web page?
if you do then you just click and it will give you the choice to allow once or allow always

I did when I first tried to open the link, and I chose to allow all pop-ups from that particular sender, but it still won't let me open it......
another option would be to right click and go for "open in new window" I often do that

Ah, now that's interesting.....
That's opened up a window telling me that the problem lies with the company trying to send it to me, and it's given me a contact for their system administrator....
Thank you so much for your help....
bob.

Solved it....
It turned out that I have two pop-up blockers, and one was still switched on.

Thank you both.
