Blocking emails.

I keep getting emails in arabic....I don't open them for obvious reasons but they are coming direct to my email and not to my spam box.I move them to spam and then delete but this is tiresome and was wondering if there was any way I could block them so they don't come in the first place.Any suggestions please would be appreciated.Many thanks

What are you using to view emails. If you are going through GMail you can mark the email as SPAM and in the future any emails form that person will automatically go into the SPAM folder.

In Window Live Mail right clicking on the offending email brings up a list of items one of which is to add sender to the blocked senders list.......this works....usually...;-)

You need to download and install the Muslamic Rayguns app for outlook.

Log into your webmail on ISP .. and look for spam/delivery settings.
Add a few there .. that will help.
