Picture turned sideways

My cat has just walked over the keyboard on my laptop - now the picture has turned sideways !!

Please,please how can I get it back to the right way round ???

I've just had a good chuckle playing with this one!
Press control and alt and the appropriate cursor arrow eg up down or sideways - that will do it.
