Hi just realized, I have put my question in answer to deadly mail.
How do I keep my sent items in the above program,they disappear with no trace as soon as I send them.

You must have something in your settings. One way is to always copy yourself in to all your emails

If you are sure your settings are OK and have not had this problem before now...then make sure you have the correct Date and Time on your computer...you might have accidently or otherwise change the date or time zone.....this would prevent your sent itemsfrom being displayed....

Click Tools/Options
Click on the "Send" tab
Put a tick on the box "Save a copy of sent messages in the 'Sent Items' folder"
Click OK
