Upgrade or replace

Good morning I have a desk top with the following specs ms windows vista home premium 64 bit sp2, amd phenom 8450 triple core processor, 4gb ram, nvidia geforce 9500gs, my question is should I upgrade or replace my machine is about 3 yrs old ,

Depends what you expect to use it for.

for most everyday purposes you probably don't have to do anything to it hardware wise, it's still a perfectly usable spec.
