How do I display my browser history in date order?

I know to display my browser history its Ctrl+H, but I'm sure at one time it was displayed in date order, whereas now it is displayed in alphabetical order. Is it possible to change it back to display in date order.

Depends on the browser - but there will be a box at the top marked 'view' (or something similar).

Click on the dropdown arrow there & select the option you want.

For something more powerful try this program which reads the history independently of the browser.

There are versions for Chrome and Firefox too.

It is a very useful program for finding a site in the history and for cleaning out history. There is also a cache viewer.
