Travel laptop/word processor

I'm after a low-powered, small, laptop which can function primarily as a word processor.

Ideally it would be about 7" in size and as cheap as possible.

As long as I can run a super simple text editor and access dropbox I'd be happy.

I used to see really low budget netbooks for about £100 which would probably be perfect for my purposes, but I'm not sure if they make them any more?

I wondered if anyone had spotted anything like this at all?

Thanks for any contributions/ideas.

Thanks Chuck. I had been looking at those (especially the pink one) - I didn't realise I could pick them up that cheap!

Thanks!
It'll clash with Red Hat though Ed :-0))

Sorry, Linux joke there.. :-))
The only issue I can see is if you want to use a mobile dongle for internet then you'd really need to be looking at a windows based machine, but if you're OK just using WiFi then one of the linux based ones would do.
Coo - that's cheap - might get one for when I'm away on the bike - I worry a bit about how the hard-drive in my netbook copes with the vibration and general clattering about (OK so far but ...)

Wonder if it might (just) run Win7 ?
With a 4GB hard drive?

You'd have trouble fitting 7 onto one of them even if it did run it... for a little more you could get one that will run it no problems though...

And the vibration shouldn't be an issue as long as it's switched off.

It's something I'd not worry about too much. The purpose is purely for being able to throw it into a pack for cycling when abroad - in reality it's just for data entry and having it sync with a dropbox folder whenever I am within reach of a wifi for "real" work at a later date.
