On the left hand side of my task bar I have a yellow shield that tells me updates are ready for my pc, when I go to log off my pc goes into the usual shut down mode but says "please don't turn of pc while updates are being installed"
then i get the dreaded blue screen with the info "your computer was stitched off to protect it" and loads of writing.
Is there a way off seeing exactly what updates are going to be installed prior to turning off my pc?

Any advice greatly appreciated!

Off to sunny (windy) swanage now for a walk and some chips so please don't think i'm being ignorant! will check back later :0)
