How Do I Set Up A Network On My Pc

I want to be able to share files with my OH. Both our PCs are running windows 7, so I feel it should be easy - but?
Where do I start?
Weboth share the same printer - its wireless - and share internet access.

As you are both on Windows 7, the easiest way is to simply right-click the Network icon on your desktop, choose Properties, and then click on Choose homegroup and sharing options.

If you don't have a Network icon on your desktop, you can get one as follows:
Right-click a clear area of the desktop, choose Personalise
Click Change desktop icons
Check the "Network" box
