Print's Gone Small

Was typing away and when I looked to check my work the print had gone tiny, don't know what I did to get it like that so don't know how to get back to 'normal'. Can anyone help please?

Were you working in Word? In many applications you can increase/decrease zoom by holding CTRL and using the mouse wheel. Otherwise there is a 'Zoom' panel under the 'View' menu on the toolbar.
