How do I make a pdf from something on my computer. I`m in BTyahoo?
I have `saved as` and can`t get it to work. Do I go to `file` and choose pdf`s from that? Thanks for any help.

Done "Save as " in what?
What are you trying to convert to a pdf?

There are a number of free products on the web that will convert Word documents to pdfs.

openoffice.org in `my documents`. Thank you for any help. My husband has done some text and wants to send it in an email in pdf form. Hope this helps.

If you download this, it will appear as an option in your Printer List when you press Ctrl+P..........choose it and it will convert your file into a PDF.

It's so simple that even *I* had no trouble using it. :o)

If you are already using Open Office then go to FILE and look down the list for EXPORT AS PDF.
