how do i change my 7ins tablet from chinese to english-i cannot seem to find the instructions i am at my wits end and am not very tablet literate-thank you

i have now solved the problem by trial and error -but as i said i have lost the instructions and there are no id marks on the tablet just that it is 7ins but thank you all anyway.
