I now have a 'whitennscreen' and can't use my computer.
We wanted to use Iplayer which we have used vefore without trouble but last week it required Adobe Flash player so I downloaded and it worked. Two days later there was an upgrade which I downloaded as it 2was from Adobe. When I next switched after inputtinhg my password all the necessary icons loaded and within couple of seconds I had a completely white screen which was inactive and without any other message os mouse symbol. I have discovered that Adobe apparently does this on occasions. Fortunately we have four computers but all others without 7 are working. Any help please; I wait with interest.

You could try resetting you computer to the last time it worked OK.

Thank you, and sorry about the typos in my question - my laptop has a very small keyboard but I have now connected my keyboard so that I can type correctly. I have tried to reset the computer but can't find the way to do this. Trying safe start doesn't help and whatever I do I get a white screen. Still thinking.
Try System Restore to a date before you downloaded Adobe
