Problems With Microsoft Outlook

Hi. I've accidently hit a key near the left shift key and now when I hit the space bar it puts a dot in instead and when I hit the enter key it puts 2 vertical lines in instead. I have taken a picture to show but I dont know how to upload pics from my phone. Please help I'm at work!!
