T-Mobile Dongle

I use a T-Mobile dongle for internet access (PAYG) usually no problem, but now cannot get page up on laptop to top up? usually it automatically tells me to top up but not any more? Is it a laptop problem somehow baring the message? I've not changed any settings?

have you got internet access or is it just that page not showing?

if you have internet access you should be able to google 'my t-mobile' or similar and they'll be delighted to direct you to 'top-ups'. You may have to log in again.

sorry i am on a three network dongle so may be a bit different but i do not get a warning and never have

it just stops loading a page and when you replug it in it will then tell me i have run out of credit

when i first plug the dongle in i can check how much credit i have left before logging into firefox

It's working okay again now! I'm sick of this technology stuff, why cant it just work all the time? My TalkTalk webmail is the same, sometimes will not connect, sometimes slow, sometimes fine! Laptop problem?
