I have a Hotmail account which I can access on my Android phone and Kindle Fire. However, I cannot access the contents of my subfolders, the folder is there but it comes up empty. Does anyone know how I can get round this? TIA.

I think you need to tell the phone/tablet which folders to sync - it's an option somewhere in the set up of the email on the device.
