Junk Emails

I keep getting email into my 'junk' folder on my ipad, I have tried deleting them but still come back, most if them are personal and not appropriate. How do I get rid of these emails for ever, please help!!!

I find exactly the same with yahoo mail app. What I have to do is go on the PC and delete them from there, I cannot delete them or even look at them on the iPad which is most disconcerting. Maybe someone will come along and tell us both how to do it.

Methyl, do you use an iPad or is it desktop/laptop? Just wondering if there really is a difference as I've noticed with going on the PC.
