Itunes Library _ List Of Songs

On opening up iTunes this morning the list of songs starts at Z and goes down to A !!!!

I tried pressing the 'Songs' button to reverse the list but nothing happens.

What do I need to do to get a normal A-Z listing?

Any help graetefully appreciated!!

Go to the menu bar below songs (Name, album artist etc.)
Click Name to return to A-Z
