I am trying to play games on my Pavilion laptop, the USB game controller doesn't seem to work. any one know why?

I think I am correct in saying that it has never worked from the time you bought it from play.com.

It is therefore reasonable for me to think that it is a faulty item and you should now be looking to the seller to replace the controller or to give you a refund.
