Any computer experts out there that knows how I can place a different picture onto my front page (Front page: the picture you get when you first boot up and has lots of icons on the left of the screen)?

I'm on a Windows XP (yes, some of us still have them), Google Chrome whateverthewordis

When you are on the internet, look around for the bit to click on that says something like tools or preferences. These are usually at the top of the screen. When you go to the web page you want, you can click on an option to 'make this my homepage'.
Right click anywhere "blank" on your Desktop and select 'Personalise'. Should be self-explanatory from there on.
Sorry - your desktop....not internet.
OK, right click anywhere on the space of the desktop - avoid any icons you can see
Choose 'preferences' and you should be able to do it from there. You'll need to browse to the picture you want.
This explains it better than I can. Once you've done it, it's easy

You can right click on most pictures, check the size first... and go to 'Set as desktop background'
