Slow Start-Up

I have a Toshiba laptop and for some time now it has taken forever to boot up. When it eventually does and I'm listening to audio, tv etc. every now and again it freezes and I get a loud buzzing noise through the speakers. Anyone got any ideas as to what is causing this and how to solve it?

It sounds that you have a malware infection . I had an infection like this and Malware Bytes found a rogue media player installed Once removed all was ok .
