Any Fibre Optic Broadband Recommendations?

We have just discovered we have Fibre optic Broadband available in our area, so thinking of taking this up, we are currently with Sky but not overly happy with them, so thinking of changing.

Looking through all the Fibre Optic broadband offers etc. online is a bit of a nightmare to be honest!

Has any body got any advice as to what to look out for, the pitfalls etc? great offers?

Avoid BT. Hopeless.

I have found BT to be very good, had no problems at all

virgin are ok when it's going ok. when there are problems, they are appalling. i am having a battle with them that has so far been on-going for 2 years. there's a cable fault that they know about which degrades my service, sometimes to the point on non existence. they won't fix it though, because the number of users it affects is small.

You could try Virgin RATTERS. We've been with them forever and never had any problems.... £5 a month seems a really good deal.

I think BT have an half price broadband deal on at the moment, RATTER.

Ok, we have been talking to Sky about it and looks like we may be staying with them.

BTFO for a while now, had to have a replacement hub a couple of weeks back but that could have happened with any company, and it was handled well by BT.
getting 40.37 D/load & 17.29 U/load at the moment
