Mobile Phone Dead

Is there a problem with EE/Orange? Was using my phone earlier this morning, but now it's completely dead, won't respond, won't switch on or off, won't charge.

That's not an EE problem, that's a fault with your phone.

OK - but very sudden. Suppose I'll have to go to the EE shop and get them to sort it out.
