It is a pop up scam bentaxle. give me 5 and I will try to find instructions for you to get rid. Don't panic and don't ring the number.
What are you running ben w10 or w8 and which browser were you on?
Question Author
Windows 10 and using Edge
Malware!!!

Download, install and run the free version of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware to get rid of it (and quite probably the same malware that falsely told you that you needed to update Adobe Flash Player as well!):
http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free/
(NB: At the end of the installation process, you'll encounter a pre-ticked box next to an invitation to take a free trial of the Premium version of the product. Click to remove the tick before proceeding!)
You on a mac ben?

On a windows pc
Buen has given you one option, but beware malwarebytes may switch off defender.
You could first have a look in
Settings
Update and Security
Windows Defender
Then check that it is on. When on
Scroll down to open Defender
Do a quick scan. It take about 12 mins
After that. Select History
And select the all detected items icon and follow any instructions.

Deleting your history will not get rid ben.
I had something similar and took it out that way, my Bullguard not flagging it as being active.... Togo's is a similar way, a little more intense perhaps.
