It's not good to let your hard drive get filled up with stuff that you don't need, so it helps to clear your browser history every so often. If you use Internet Explorer, you can clear your browser history like this:
click on the gear wheel at top right of the screen.
on dropdown menu click Internet Options.
on next dropdown menu you can see how to delete your browser history.
Suggestion: clear it every two or three weeks, depending on how often you use the computer.

// I don't think you need to clear your browsing history.//
is an excellent answer to the question " do you think I need to clear my browsing history ? "
but I fear this was not the question asked
top right hand corner - go to 'donut' or capital letter Xi ( or chinese sign for 'three' or the pictograph for 'sarn')
tweak that
scroll down to History
click on that - select delete all and click on that
you may get a choice to select delete passwords
select that if you want
clearly I have had practice in this
why would one want to delete a browsing history when the CIA and MI5 follow you in real time ? easy one - someone else was using my computer
