Finally Got My New Laptop
7 Answers
My bright shiny new laptop has Windows 10. I am slowly getting used to it and waiting for the updated Windows 10 for Dummies to be released . But when I try to log on to AB it doesn't recognise my password . Any ideas ? I did enter it correctly. Still a bit ignorant, but is there an App for Windows ?

There's no reason why any particular operating system should dislike your password. (It's not your OS that handles it anyway; it's your browser). The usual reasons for password problems here are
(a) clicking 'Register', instead of 'Log in', by mistake ; and
(b) having the Caps Lock on (or otherwise not using the correct case).
There's no special app for accessing AB, whether for Windows, Android or any other operating system. You have to go via your web browser (which should be Edge on a Windows 10 machine unless you've had the good sense to install a better third-party browser, such as Firefox, Chrome or Avant).

How did you access AB on your "old" laptop Samurai? Was the site for instance saved in bookmarks or favourites and showing in your toolbar(top ribbon)? If so you probably had log in details saved, possibly with an old password. You can import old favourites or bookmarks from other browsers into Edge. From there if you can find an old AB bookmark, you should be able to launch AB then update your details. Been there. Just a pointer, if you were using a browser other than IE you will need to install it before you can capture your old bookmarks in Edge.
