Windows 7

After 14/1/20 is it still possible to download the complete operating system compete with security patches up to that date - or do I need to create a system repair disk or such like?

New computer (with HDD) is Windows 10 and boots up slower than old one (win7) with SSD.
Certainly am not putting Win 10 on old computer - bu%5ered it last time and had to reinstall 7.

Got Windows 7 and will keep it, had message from Microsoft stating support will end in January.
