Getting Rid Of Pop Ups

Pop Ups A pain in the rear! I have an Acer Aspire c22. for about 6 months and have had no problems to date. I have "Bitdefender" installed. Now for some reason Norton and Mcafee have decided to keep popping up under Notifications.. they are a pain to someone like me who is not completely computer savvy Can i stop them Please??
