it is about police taking photos of dead bodies they were meant ot guarding and texting them to their pals with racist comments

AND - there was a police man on duty who planned and then murdered a woman Sarah Everard - surely in between reading favoured reading ( Eagle and Bunty) SOMEONE noticed that

AND there were police leddies who were complaining that policemen on duty were feeling their bottoms - this is known as fondling to adults

so there - - that is what it is all about

I did a search for "fond" within the report to cover "fondle", "fondling" and "fondled" but found nothing so it might be an idea use something meaningful next time.

The vast majority of us don't live in that London so probably don't care much about the "Met". The report highlights some disgraceful behaviour & failures to deal with it. The issues should be addressed asap.
