All Folders where I save my e-mails have disappeared into the ether. I canot find out how to get them back. Has anyone any ideas please. Also my address list does not seem to be working either.

I don't have the expertise to advise in detail but in your shoes I'd check the settings to see where it's looking for the folders. Then you can check if they're actually there.

In the case of them having being accidently deleted, don't save anything or install anything onto the disk they are supposed to be, but do run a 'find & recover' programme from some other place to see if they are retrievable.

Maybe ask again when the situation is clearer.
