Windows 10 File Download Security Warning

as above .. after upgrade this keeps coming up .

i have tried solution suggested online of :

inetcpl.cpl .. security .. custom level ..launching application ..check enable .. OK .. yes

but still no joy .  any help appreciated

Try disabling User Account Control.  (As long as you're not in the habit of installing software from dodgy websites, it shouldn't really matter):
 

Open the search menu by using the shortcut Windows key + S 

In the search bar, type in “User” 

Choose the “Change user account control settings” option 

A slider will appear on the left-hand side. Slide it down to “Never Notify”

Press “Ok"
