My sister has created a disc for me (iso). How can I access the contents?

ISO is an image file. You need to burn it to a cd using something like nero (Choose burn image to disc) or mount it to a virtual drive using something like PowerISO. Ask your sister for advice if you are unsure. She must know how to use it if she created it.
