im turning on my nu apple macbook for the first time 2 moro morning, is it easy to set up, are there any tips anyone can give, thanks!

It's incredibly easy, yes. Ideally you'll be by an internet connection that's already setup.

Your only problems may come from copying stuff over from your old windows computer, if that's what you're doing. The actual laptop itself though should be a piece of cake.
