Real One Player

I have downloaded the free version of real one player to use so i can create playlists for my MP3 files. The songs i have in the playlists keep disappearing and i have had to reinstall real one player once already to correct the problem. Is there any other way to solve this problem or can you suggest any other programs i can use to create playlists for my MP3s?
