Getting annoyed

I have tesco daytime dail up, & every 3mins it disconects on whatever I'm doing How can I change It in simple terms as I'm no expert at this

Hi wayne, Did you have this problem before you used tesco dial up. Is you pc totally clean no bugs or viruses!!!!

Hi biggazu. only ever had tesco dail up, & my compuers clean I have virus protection on it. I would phone tescos help line but they want 50p per min and to be put on hold, they can sod off No wonder they make �1000s a min.

Might sound silly but try another modem in your pc, you can pick them up for a couple of quid. I had the same along time ago with telewest dial up. Turned out to be my modem. No one knew WHY, But changing it did the job.
