Picture Problem
Does anyone know how i can convert a jpg file to a gif file without losing any of the picture quality?
Help would be much appreciated in for this one.

gif files are only capable of displaying 256 different colours, whereas jpg files can display millions.
when you convert a jpg photo to a gif, the colours will revert to the closest match, which is why they can appear patchy or blurry.

Try experimenting. Copy the file then try renaming it, but don't forget to put .gif .jpg .tif etc.at the end of the name or the PC may not open it. I understand that every time you open a jpg file it can lose a little of its quality, something to do with a 'lossie' format but I'm not expert enough to explain it.
