windows xp shut down error

i get this error message when i shut down windows THE APPLICATION FAILED TO INITIALIZE BECAUSE THE WINDOW STATION IS SHUTTING DOWN. p.c is working fine i just get this annoying message when i shut down.

Sounds like there is something on your machine that when closed, tries to restart itself automatically.

At shutdown XP will end processes automatically, if a program tries to restart itself it will not be allowed memory access since you are shutting down and clearing RAM.

I guess you need to figure out wha that program may be.. there should be an applicaton name in the title of that message ... "somefile.exe"
