That depends on what you want it to do, some people like it some people hate it, horses for courses!!

Try it, if you don't like it, uninstall it!!

Some people believe the various toolbars are wonderful and can't cope without them ... all it is is a collection of tools that always stay in view! I used to use the Google toolbar, but only really for the quick search option. Now I use Firefox which has that functionality built in anway.
