Creative Zen Reset

My daughters Creative Zen Touch MP3 player has been frozen since last night.
She is considering using the reset button, but is unsure as to whether using the reset button would delete the music which is stored in the player.
Would she be able to use the reset button without losing her music. If so, is there any other way around this?

Yes , Reset will not lose stored data.
