Roxio Easy Media Creator 7.

Has anyone used this software. It was installed in my new computer in December 2006 and I have recently tried to use it without success. I thought I would uninstall and start again. It will not uninstall even following the Roxio instructions and trying to get some sort of contact with Roxio
seems almost impossible.. I can't even find an address to write to . Any ideas anyone. I don't wish to use the program, I just want to get rid of it.
