no msn

Hi, for years have had MSN messenger, with no probs except loads of pop-up etc, so decided to get computer all cleaned up and extra memory added, so now its pop-up free and dead fast! ..........except now when i click on MSN 7.5 icon it says;
THIS APPLICATIONFAILED TO START BEWCAUSE THE APPLICATION CONFIGURATION IS INCORRECT. REINSTALLING THE APPLICATION MAY FIX THE PROBLEM.
Well thats about as clear as mud to me (but you have to bear in mind i am not fantastically technically minded (as mrknowall will confirm lol) so if any of you have any ideas (keep it simple - like me) i would be obliged! thanks in advance xx

Go to Control Panel >Add/Remove Programs. Find MSN and remove it.
Then click on this link and download it again and select run. It will re-install itself.

I apologise. I didn't realise AB would put asterisks where ******** should be. In case it does it again it is Fam ily ID without any spaces
