This Page cannot be displayed

Just installed windows again, connected to the internet, all ok except an hour later, all Im getting is This Page Cannot be Diplayed, that is when Im looking at my emails, is it my computer or the internet provider.

You say you have reinstalled windows,but have you reset your broadband suppliers or dial up providers default settings which enable you to receive internet/email.

Which provider do you use. Do you use outlook express for email ?

I use Orange, and Yahoo email, and its defaulted to them. Ive noticed on my internet status, that my 'sent' bytes are way out numbering the 'received 'bytes, when its usualy the other way round. Im sure Ive been hacked.
