My brother has bought a laptop with vista on it. He keeps getting a messege that explorer needs to restart (or something to that effect) . THis goes around continually on a loop so you are unable to connect to the internet or do anything really. I've got good old Xp so I've no idea. I think it might be that he's got malware but I've no idea how to stop it or sort it. All the stuff I've looked at on the Windows website has not worked.....any help would be appriciated, except for taking a hammer to it beacuse thats exactly what my brother will do if no solution is found!!!!!!!
